Here is something a bit weird. There is an image swirling around on Facebook of a 6″ Black Series “Collector Mystery Box” that has surfaced in stockrooms of Target. The box is all black with the Star Wars Black Series Logo and shrinkwrapped with an “Only at Target” sticker.
Hopefully we’ll have more details soon.
Update: Price is $39.99
Update 2: Box includes a Mystery figure, a hat, a pin, and a comic book and the box has a First Order sigil on the back.
On Triple Force Force Friday, Target will offer an exclusive, Limited Edition FunkoxFutura POP! Boba Fett for $17.99.
Interestingly, this is the only merchandise advertised next week’s Target ad for Triple Force Friday.
Hasbro has confirmed details for the subset of special painted and packaged Carbonized Collection Black Series figures. They are all exclusive the retailers as follows:
Amazon: Sith Trooper
Target: The Mandalorian
Walmart: First Order Jet Trooper
GameStop: Second Sister Inquisitor
Each figure retails for about $25

Frequent contributor, DarthChuckMc received official word via Target’s @askTarget Twitter account regarding their observance of Triple Force Friday. Looks like no midnight openings and regular business hours.
The new Supreme Leader Kylo Ren “Force Rage” Mask has been found on shelf at Target in San Jose, CA. The mask apparently lights up along the fused cracks when you yell through it. for Hasbro sure knows thgeir market with all this “raging” and “screaming” incorporated into their toys.

Our very own staffer, Justin, reports finding the upcoming Electronic Scream Saber Lightsaber at Target which confirms our initial product report in May. This Galaxy of Adventures role play lightsaber lets kids (and adults) record their own sound effects to play back as well has features 10 authentic saber sounds. Price is set at $29.99. As a follow up to Sunday’s exclusive report on the upcoming Target Exclusive 6″ Black Series The Mandalorian (Copper) figure, I received an image privately of this figure. It confirms my speculations that the figure and box are in fact unique – the figure has a metallic/pearlescent sheen to the entire figure and the box is a metallic, penny copper color. Like the exclusive Second Sister Inquisitor, the box also features the callout circle and in it there are multiple translations for the word “Carbonized” – this term is what I assume the powers that be are calling this line of special edition exclusives. This figure is reaching Target stores now and should be available on October 4.
