I’ve updated the list of Galaxy’s Edge merchandise coming to Target starting at the end of the month. There are over a dozen unannounced products (so far). You can see them in our 2020 Master UPC/DPCI/SKU List in the dedicated section with known pricing & corresponding SKUs.
Armed with my codes from yesterday, I visited my local Target terminal and scanned them and sure enough both “Vermont” and “Eastwood” are in their database. Also of note, these appear to not be either Black Series or Vintage Collection items. The saga continues….
Update 2: An anonymous tip from Instagram has sent word that these are called Celebrate the Saga: Sith and Celebrate the Saga:Jedi respectively. These sound like some sort of figure multipack like in years past.
Additional scanning through shipping info also shows that the TVC Carbon-Freezing Chamber has arrived in warehouses in California. It is unknown if it will be released earlier than the originally proposed October 2020 date.
Sponsor DorksideToys has updated their store with new images for the next repaint/reissue wave of Vintage Collection figures. There are some noticeable differences in how some of the figures are packaged in their bubbles as compared to their original runs and Obi-Wan’s reference photos looks to have been altered too. Head on over for a closer look at the carded and loose images.
A scan of shipping data this morning shows that the Target Exclusive TVC Galaxy’s Edge Millennium Falcon (Smuggler’s Run) is on the way to Hasbro’s U.S. warehouses for distribution. Also, the mystery TVC “Emerald” figure is also in the same shipment and is packed 8 per case leading me to believe that the other rumored “gem” TVC items (Ruby, Diamond, Sapphire) are packed similarly and are not a traditional wave of TVC figures. They are still listed as $17.99 each.
ToysRUs Canada has confirmed via a tweet that they will be carrying the Galaxy’s Edge TVC Smuggler’s Bounty Millennium Falcon in-store and online starting in September. Thanks to @RyanDoell31 for the info.
