There has been a lot of commentary out there about the helmet size of the new Captain Rex (#09) figure from The Black Series being too small. There is a very easy “fix” that most people can do if you have some older Clone Wars Rex figures laying about. Click on through for a quick fix on bringing that shrunken head version back to the front lines of your collection.

If you’ve been able to get your hands on Hasbro’s latest 3.75″ Han Solo, chances are you are wondering how they could have given this otherwise flawless figure such a poorly sculpted (and painted) head.
There’s a quite simple fix though, as thankfully back in 2006, Hasbro “got it right” with Harrison Ford’s likeness.
This is a simple head swap for everyone, and takes no customizing skills whatsoever – head on over to the forums for a closer look and to share your thoughts!

The Realm Recap is back after the Memorial Day Weekend bring and in our absence, there were plenty of developments in collecting. Collectors success at retail has started to improve as more folks are finding Black Series figures (in both scales) at their local stores. eBay caused a bit of a frenzy this week as a notorious seller posted the first auction for a collectible from The Force Awakens — a 6″ First Order Stormtrooper which closed at a ridiculous price. Is it legit??? Also this week, new store finds from LEGO, product news for Disney Infinity 3.0, custom 6″ figures and vehicles as well as a new character name revealed fro The Force Awakens! After over 50 of these customizing events, we could always use some fresh ideas, so be sure to share your suggestions in our comments section or in the forums!
