Recent shipping data shows that the Black Series Ahsoka/Sabine case assortment and solid case packs of figures (including other unannounced Ahsoka series characters) are starting to arriving in the U.S.. I wonder if they’ll leak before the official announcements.
Entertainment Earth has put up a teaser in their Drop Zone for a preorder that sure sounds like the pipelined TVC Battle-Damaged Darth Vader vs. Obi-Wan Kenobi 2pk that was teased at the February 2023 Fanstream. I guess we’ll find out September 14.

It appears that the identity of the new Carbonized Black Series 2pk has been revealed via an early leak/link on Amazon. The set includes Ahsoka Tano and HK-87 but the description on Amazon makes no mention of carbonization. The info I found for this set last week clearly calls them out as “Carbonized”. No word when they’ll be officially announced but they are available for preorder now (delivered from the UK).

It hasn’t been updated yet but the recarded TVC Ahsoka Tano for her eponymous series is part of wave 16 alongside Grand Admiral Thrawn, Jedi Academy Luke, Grand Inquisitor, and the unannounced (but confirmed), Morgan Elsbeth and HK-87.

The thing that won’t die looks to be back with another release later this year. Recent shipping data shows the arrival of an unannounced Carbonized Black Series 2 pack in the vein of the Amazon exclusive ROTJ40 and Obi-Wan Kenobi sets. No word on what media this new 2 pack (code named “FIRM”) may be from but hopefully it’s as ignorable as the uninspired and lazy NED-B and Purge Trooper set.
