On this week’s episode Flyguy and I talk about the surprise reveal (via auctions) 4 new super articulated figures for The Force Awakens, figures hitting retail and the imminent release of the Takodana Encounter set. Funko had a big reveal of 9 new POP! figures last week featuring characters from the Original Trilogy and the Prequels including more Walgreens exclusives. Lastly Episode VIII filming is well underway and we discuss new characters, vehicles, and beasts on set. All of this and much more on  Episode #92 of The Realm Recap.

We are one week past Force Friday, but the aisles look like the week before. The desired product is virtually wiped out with only drips and drabs of stock replenishment taking place. To add further insult to injury, Kmart set many collectors up for failure in trying to obtain their exclusive 6″ Kylo Ren by launching a very early Sunday morning preorder. The Realm Recap returns this week with the latest in Star Wars collecting news. On this episode, Flyguy and I discuss the availability (or lack thereof) of the SDCC Exclusive First Order Stormtrooper that was briefly available on HasbroToyShop.com last week – plus new merchandising and marketing hitting stores prior to Force Friday. Christmas in July was clearly on Gentle Giant’s mind as they revealed their holiday themed Jumbo Salacious Crumb for PG Members. Did this cause you to laugh maniacally? LEGO leaks continue to trickle out as another list of products for 2016 hit the web with a couple interesting reveals.
