This coming weekend, Hasbro will be having their annual off-site presentation for Toy Fair 2020 in New York. Things have been quiet on the rumor front for the Vintage Collection for a while but hopefully we get official confirmations of some past and newly rumored items for the line. Recently, a Nebraska specialty retailer leaked word of possible update to the previous Amazon exclusive TVC Slave I, there’s also the long-standing rumor of a certain Bespin playset in the cards for 2020. A little Bothan told me that we may even see the reveal of 6 “new” TVC figures that represent characters from The Clone Wars, Rogue One, A New Hope and Return of the Jedi. These rumored figures are a mix of all new sculpts, repaints as well as repacks of recently released figures.

Images have leaked via starwarscollector.de for the TVC Imperial Troop Transport from The Mandalorian. This all new vehicle features an opening top hatch, removable access top, opening rear hatch, seating for 2 drivers, 6 external trooper pods, seating inside for 6 troopers via jump seats and a swivel turret. Hunting around the Walmart app has yielded results for two more 6″ Black Series figures coming to the 40th Anniversary assortment: Lando Calrissian and the TIE Fighter Pilot. These two join our previous rumor list of figures bringing the count up to 15 non-exclusive figures for the assortment
There has been a rumored list floating around for a while, but today I managed to find actual names and links (via the Walmart app) for figures in the Retro Collection for The Empire Strikes Back. Expect an official announcement probably at Toy Fair next month.
For those holding out on clearance for the Target Exclusive TVC Cave of Evil 3pk, keep an eye out at your local stores as some locations have them marked down as low as $11.98. I picked up a few this morning at my local Fridley, MN store. Your mileage may vary of course.
