While browsing the Star Wars landing page on Target.com I noticed a curious group of figures in one of the banners promoting their Triple Force Friday launch. It features Luke Skywalker (Dagobah Training), Yoda and Darth Vader and that Luke figure definitely appears to have a photo reveal face.
Does this image confirm our rumor last week of a Vintage Collection “Darth Vader’s Challenge” set? We should know soon enough.

You can cross one item off your Triple Force Friday list as I received some info which lists this figure with a December 1 street date. The DPCI info above as also been added to our Master List.
Here is something a bit weird. There is an image swirling around on Facebook of a 6″ Black Series “Collector Mystery Box” that has surfaced in stockrooms of Target. The box is all black with the Star Wars Black Series Logo and shrinkwrapped with an “Only at Target” sticker.
Hopefully we’ll have more details soon.

Update 2: Box includes a Mystery figure, a hat, a pin, and a comic book and the box has a First Order sigil on the back.
Hasbro has confirmed details for the subset of special painted and packaged Carbonized Collection Black Series figures. They are all exclusive the retailers as follows:

Frequent contributor, DarthChuckMc received official word via Target’s @askTarget Twitter account regarding their observance of Triple Force Friday. Looks like no midnight openings and regular business hours.
The new Supreme Leader Kylo Ren “Force Rage” Mask has been found on shelf at Target in San Jose, CA. The mask apparently lights up along the fused cracks when you yell through it. for Hasbro sure knows thgeir market with all this “raging” and “screaming” incorporated into their toys.
