In a small town off the interstate in southern Minnesota you may see a sight rarely seen at many metropolitan stores. Peg after peg of new TVC figures waiting to be liberated from their cardboard and plastic prison. I envision taking a roadtrip tonight.

The Walt Disney Company released their Investors Day 2020 announcements for current and future media releases for both theatrical and direct-to-consumer (D2C) content.
Highlights relating to Lucasfilm/Star Wars include:

– Star Wars: The Acolyte series – set at the end of the High Republic

This Week! in Star Wars has posted a tease for next week’s Mando Monday reveal. The design appears to be the abdomen armor for the 6″ Black Series Death Trooper from Rogue One and The Mandalorian. This supports our previous rumor of the Death Trooper returning to the line in the Archive Collection for 2021.
Jedi Insider is reporting on the potential release of a Jedi Training version of Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa from The Rise of Skywalker coming to the Black Series line in 2021. They also report the expansion of the 6″ Credit Collection line and through out a couple figure names from The Mandalorian. Head on over for the info.
Chapter 14 The Mandalorian officially aired last Friday and it was something my 46 year old brain never thought it would see. This episode paid off in a huge way a tease from Season 1 as well as answers the question of “what happened to Boba Fett after Return of the Jedi” and settles a long standing debate on the heritage of Jango Fett. Maybe they should rename the series “The Mandalorians“. The Tragedy is another glorious addition to the series as well as the entire Star Wars canon.

Included in this freight are cases of the Deluxe Jar Jar Binks, the new wave of Black Series Archive featuring Commander Cody, Han Solo (Hoth), Luke Skywalker (Hoth) and Grand Admiral Thrawn, more of the Target Exclusive Din Djarin and The Child packs, plus lots of Wave 28 featuring Moff Gideon, Greef Karga, Kuiil and Rey (Dark Side Vision).
