The Ultimate Giveaway: The HasLab Sail Barge
We are ONE MONTH from the release of the HasLab Sail Barge and we felt this was the perfect time to reveal our partnership with DorksideToys in announcing The Ultimate Giveaway: The HasLab Jabba’s Sail Barge*.
That’s right! One lucky fan will have the opportunity to win their very own Sail Barge. But wait there’s more! If you are attending Star Wars Celebration Chicago, you will get the chance at a second Barge to be given away via DorksideToys at their SWCC booth.
Full details will be announced as we get closer to the barge’s release date next month and Celebration Chicago in April.
*Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or promoted by Disney, Lucasfilm, Star Wars Celebration, ReedPop and/or Hasbro.

Rumor Report: TVC Lando Calrissian (Skiff Guard Disguise)
After spending a few hours searching this morning, I managed to stumble across a new listing for an unannounced Vintage Collection figure: Lando Calrissian (Skiff Guard Disguise). Perfect for the upcoming Barge and rumored Tatooine Skiff, right? No word yet if this is exclusive to Walmart, but based on its UPC, that is not out of the realm of possibility. Maybe we’ll learn more about this at Toy Fair next month. The pertinent info has been added to our Master List of UPCs and SKUs.
New (Former) Exclusives Added to Entertainment Earth
Entertainment Earth has added a few (former) Black Series and Walmart Vintage and Force Link Exclusives to their site. Head on over to pick up 6″ Captain Phasma (Quicksilver Baton), Zuckuss, TVC TIE Fighter and/or Kessel Mine Escape Playset.
TVC for $7.50 @Kmart.com
Kmart.com has listed newer TVC figures for $7.50 – you can find the listing by clicking here.
UPDATE – Based on comments from collectors who have ordered from Kmart online, the experience hasn’t been great. Some have received poorly packaged figures and sometimes incorrect product. So… order at your own risk, and I’ll be sure to post a report once I receive my order (err… I mean… if I receive it) .
Rumor Report: New Vintage Collection Vehicles

As a follow-up to our rumor report (and hints) from November 2018, word is we can look forward to (at least) 3 vehicles at retail for the Vintage Collection in 2019. Two are Original Trilogy related and the third is from Episode IX. More as we learn more…
Hyper-Articulated Hips
As an adult 3.75″ collector since 1995, I’ve seen Hasbro approach figure articulation and aesthetics in many forms… and here were are almost 25 years later, and it seems in some ways, Hasbro has taken a step back with aesthetics (at least compared to figures from 10 years ago).
What I mean is articulation is needed – I love when figures have a wide range of ball joints – but there are some times when it feels as though Hasbro goes overboard, especially with how they are engineering the hips on figures now. In some cases, it’s fine – but it doesn’t seem like Hasbro is in the “Goldilocks Zone” anymore when it comes to articulation… it’s either too little (5poa style) , or too much.
Thoughts? Do you like the way these figures are designed these days, or to do prefer the style from about 10 years ago? Share your opinions here or in the forums!
Rumor Report: More Galaxy of Adventures Products
The biggest complaint so far with Hasbro’s Galaxy of Adventures figures is the laziness in execution stemming from the recycling of previously used sculpts for the first two waves. Things may be changing in that regard in late 2019 as more new figures are introduced as well as vehicles and beasts. What is even more interesting is that we’re hearing of a potential scale change too (comparable scale and price to the 5” Marvel Infinity War line). That would essentially mean that there wouldn’t be two competing 3.75” lines vying for collectors dollars with just the Vintage Collection remaining. Toyfair 2019 is next month so we’ll have to see how/if/when this plays out.
