Sadly, some St. Louis area Walmarts are suddenly receiving several cases of TVC Wave One. This is the wave that killed TVC at Target in 2018.

While Hasbro has officially announced the Vintage Collection Chewbacca (repacked from the 3.75″ Black Series line) today at MCM Comic-Con, we’ve heard word of another repack coming to fill an empty slot in the assortment for 2019: R2-D2. Now, it would make sense to re-release that BaR2-D2 (VC25) to accompany the barge, but this figure is currently – and curiously – labeled as “E4”. I guess we’ll have to wait and see when it’s officially announced.
Collectors holding out for discounts on the TVC TIE Fighter may want to start checking yours stores as Instagram follower toysruskid904 sends word that it as been found for $40 at his store in Middleburg (Jacksonville, FL).

Also, we’re keeping Expanded Universe (or Legends if you want to call it that) pretty open to any time period, and not being strict here on what you want to define this as – but the trend in the forums seems to be “pre-Disney” genre, such as KOTOR, Shadows of the Empire, Thrawn Trilogy, The Force unleashed, etc.
