It appears that Koska Reeves’s packaging may indicate that the Mortar/Artillery Trooper from The Mandalorian is coming to the Black Series line soon. If you deconstruct the packaging, the inner tab shows a pauldron and elbow from stormtrooper. It is unknown if this figure is main line or an exclusive.
We’ve read and have been receiving reports of the newest wave of Vintage Collection figures (Ahsoka, ARC Trooper Echo, Offworld Jawa) has started hitting Target including stores in Maryland, North Carolina and Florida. Let us know if you find them as well.
Thanks to Joseph G. for the image (and for picking these up for me).

Hasbro has official announced the three exclusives slated for release at Hasbro Pulse Con later this fall.
The Black Series Power of the Force Cantina Showdown pays tribute to the 50th Anniversary of Lucasfilm by recreating the Power of the Force Cinema Scene style packaging for Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ponda Baba (with swappable flipper hands) and Dr. Evazan. TheBlack Series Trapper Wolf (X-wing Pilot) from The Mandalorian inmortalizes Dave Filoni’s character in plastic form in a slipcase packaging style similar to the exclusiveThe Armorer and Cad Bane releases. Sadly, no signature cowboy hat is included. Price: $29.99
The Vintage Collection Emperor’s Throne Room gives us the long-awaited TVC Emperor Palpatine as well has his iconic throne with window, all packed in a Vintage Kenner-style box. Price: $31.99

It appears that the next potential exclusive for SDCC/Hasbro Pulse is Vintage Collection related and features the long-awaited Emperor Palpatine with Throne. If this is true, it may explain the why the rumored figure has been held back from being revealed with its other case mates for it to debut in this set.
Thanks to an Instagram post from professiorbtoyshop, it appears that there is a Black Series Cantina Set of sorts which may be one of the SDCC/Hasbro Pulse Exclusives which we reported on back in May.
This set features an(other) Obi-Wan Kenobi with photoreal likeness as well as two new figures Ponda Baba and Dr. Evazan and a portion of the cantina’s bar and dispensery. This potential set is in keeping with how Hasbro has released figures in the past like last year’s Heroes of Endor Set since we know (unofficially) that both “Walrusman” and “Roofoo” are coming in the standard Black Series line later this year.
Instagram follower punkcomictoycollector send word of finding the Retro Collection Boba Fett (Prototype Edition) at their Toys R Us store in Mississauga, Ontario Canada.
U.S. collectors will have to wait until Target’s July 25th street date is lifted to acquire theirs.
Another figure code name has been uncovered at Target, this time for the Vintage Collection. Star Wars VIN “Periwinkle” is listed as $13.99 and at this time there is no indictation whether or not it is an exclusive.
Poking around at Target’s price checking stations, I managed to uncover two new potential Black Series exclusives that follow the “exercise” code names started by “Lunge” which we reported a couple months ago.
“Squat” is currently priced similarly to the recent Target exclusive Clone Wars figures at $26.49, while “Jog” is $10 more and suggests it being a deluxe item.
The UPCs I have for these don’t match anything I’ve previously uncovered (yet) so these are definitely new items. This info has been added to our 2021 Master List for future reference.
Thanks to some in-hand packaging shots from a Facebook member, we now have the VC numbers for Wave 7 of the Vintage Collection. They breakdown as follow:
It’s nice to have that 176 gap officially filled after the error of issuing the two Walmart Exclusive TVC figures – Din Djarin and The Child and the Incinerator Stormtrooper the VC177 designation. Now the question is: Who is VC200?
