The Yakface Toyguide updates resume today with the addition of R2-D2 from the Vintage Collection’s Return of the Jedi wave (Wave 3).
PROS: After 7 years, this is a great second attempt at the “BAR2-D2” figure. The drink tray is far superior to the previous version in terms of sculpt and the ability to remove the individual glasses. Loaded with accessories and features to re-enact other scenes from the Original Trilogy.
CONS: Little pieces can be easy to loose if not careful. Dome rotation is limited when lightsaber or periscope accessories are in use. Smaller scale seems unnecessary at this stage of the hobby.

Star Wars Saga Legends – Includes Boba Fett, Death Star Trooper, Mace Windu (E3), Destroyer Droid, Obi-Wan Kenobi (E3), Spacetrooper, Stormtrooper, Super Battle Droid (E3).
PROS: Hasbro has done an amazing job at re-creating the original Boba Fett. The sculpt and paint operations are very crisp and well executed. Looks gorgeous on the Vintage card.
CONS: The figure suffers from balance issues due to the incorporation of the rocket-firing feature. The ankles also seem to be sculpted in an angle that makes standing (without the aid of a display stand) a challenge. Hand sculpt (right hand) for holding the blaster is too wide and thus is prone to dropping the weapon. Despite this flaws, this figure is not one to pass on.

The Yakface Toyguide updates resume today with the addition of the Gamorrean Guard from the Vintage Collection’s Return of the Jedi wave (Wave 3).
PROS: One of the top offerings by Hasbro, action figure wise, in recent years. Everything from the sculpt to the paint and likeness hit their mark. Well accessorized and the fuzzy loincloth is the drool on the cake.
CONS: A tough figure to find at retail for some and thus fetches a pretty penny on eBay. Furry loincloth has a tendency to poof up when removed from the package and also sheds fibers when handled.
