Here is a preemptive warning to those expecting a Behind the Workbench booklet for the Jabba’s Sail Barge. Due to the oversized envelope and the average size mailboxes people have, letter carriers are forced to fold/bend/crease the booklets to fit, yielding less than ideal conditions for this limited edition document. I would think a simple “DO NOT BEND” stamp could have alleviated some of the potential damage.

Hasbro Behind the Workbench Booklet is starting to arrive to those that backed the Jabba’s Sail Barge. Thanks to Michael Mask for posting these images in the comments.

Hasbro’s HASLAB has started sending out shipping notifications for the Behind the Workbench booklet to those that ordered the Jabba’s Sail Barge (The Khetanna). So watch those mailboxes!
Hasbro delayed Force Link 2 app for the new interactive products for Solo: A Star Wars Story is now available for download via the App Store and Google Play. However, the functionality for the Force Link 2.0 figures is still disable until Hasbro issues the update per our report from Saturday.
Thanks to @DanOFlorez on Twitter for the heads up.
As many of our fellow collectors have experienced, retailers seem to be on their own schedule (feels like a store-by-store basis) on getting new product onto the pegs for Hasbro’s latest lineup of Star Wars merchandise.
So if you haven’t seen many signs of new stock yet, it might just mean the stores you are hitting just haven’t made it a priority yet. I’ve seen this slow trickle in my neck of the woods, then yesterday found a Target that had finally set aside some time and shelf space to get new items out.
So, don’t give up too early – and share your finds too (or lack thereof) after the jump!
We have acquired the details (UPC/DPCI and release date) for the Target Exclusive 6″ Black Series Chewbacca (Vandor-1) from Hasbro. According to Brickseek and our contact at Target, collectors can expect it in early May for $19.99. We’ve updated our Master List for these details as well.
Thanks to TargetGod for the assist on this information.
My daily dig for product on Brickseek has uncovered the UPCs and Walmart SKUs for the second wave action figure 2 packs featuring of Han and Chewbacca and Rebolt and the Corellian Hound. You can check out that info in our Master List and also view the Walmart and Amazon pages for each below:
Han Solo (Mimban) and Chewbacca (Mimban) Walmart / Amazon (affiliate link)
Rebolt and Corellian Hound Walmart / Amazon (affiliate link)
Neither are available yet, so bookmark the links for handy reference.
There is one 3.75″ Black Series figure that has been highly requested for re-release since it was so difficult to find when Walmart held its exclusivity. Collectors can breathe a sigh of relief that the Rogue OneScarif Stormtrooper will be getting the “TVC” treatment. Another character joining the collection is rumored to be Leia in Boushh Disguise. It is unknown if it’s an all-new version or repacked (from 2015) but is probably the latter as the line is balancing repacks with all-new sculpts. Expect these along side Yak Face and Klaatu in 2019*.
