Although today was stated by Target’s corporate site as the release date for the Retro Collection Prototype Darth Vader, most stores have not received any of these figures. Fortunately a check this morning via the Target website at a store in Ocean, NJ yielded 34 of them. Some were set in the Funko section and two pegs worth in the Star Wars section. Best of luck to those on the hunt and thanks to Jonathan R. for the hook up.
Sponsor Entertainment Earth will be taking orders at 9am PT for Hasbro’s Retro Collection of figures which includes Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Stormtrooper, and Luke Skywalker. If you missed out on these through Target, now is your chance to secure them. We will update this post later with the direct product links.
Update: link added
For those not wanting to resort to eBay or wanting to risk disappointment through Hasbro Pulse, for their SDCC exclusives, Robot Kingdom has all four items now available for order.
