Lucasfilm has announced 3 new film projects at Star Wars Celebration:
-James Mangold will direct a film covering the first Jedi to wield the force set 25,000 years before the films.
– Dave Filoni willl direct a film set in the Mando-verse which links the current D+ series together
– Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy will direct a film featuring Rey rebuilding the Jedi Order 15 years after The Rise of Skywalker and defending it against those who wish to tear it down
Hasbro pulled from their existing parts bin in order to create two new figures for the 3.75” Vintage Collection Tusken Warrior and 6” Black Series Tusken Chieftain. TVC Rey (Jakku) serves as a partial base for the Tusken Warrior (arms & torso) and the TBS Tusken Raider upcycles the arms and legs for the Chieftain. This form of “smart reuse” coupled with many new components refresh them for an all new look.
As a follow up to our previous report from February, here is the Target DPCI info for the upcoming rumored Black Series Rey Skywalker Force FX Elite Lightsaber. Price is $249.99.
The Mission Fleet line will be expanding in late 2020 with the addition of these new sets located via the Walmart app. Two Fleet Gear sets feature Darth Maul and Rey (Scavenger) for $7.84 each and the Stellar Class vehicles feature Kylo Ren with TIE Whisper and the other with Obi-Wan Kenobi with Jedi Starfighter for $19.97 each
Hasbro has made great strides in the quality of the action figure likenesses with the advent of photoreal. This comparison of the first Rey Black Series figure to the new one for The Rise of Skywalker is proof of it. What a difference four years can make!

Hot Toys today has unveiled a gorgeous rendition of Rey (Jedi Training) from The Last Jedi as a 1:6 scale figure. As a bonus, it includes two Porgs!
Over the weekend, news broke via eBay auctions and social media of a new 6″ Black Series Rey & BB-8 variant. This time, Rey includes the Skywalker lightsaber as an added accessory. Look for this version to ship alongside reissues of wave 4 that includes X-wing Pilot Asty and General Hux.

By all accounts, this looks to be a simple re-package of the Nerf Luke Skywalker Bladebuilders Lightsaber that hit stores on Force Friday (yes, there was product released that day) but now with Rey taking front and center on the card art – as she should.
