We have another decoded Target DPCI to share today and it was the last one on our original list (posted here). The others were revealed here yesterday. This item is a “Star Wars Galaxy” Multipack that includes one figure from each of the serialized episodes (I-VIII). There are probably some good ol’ evergreen characters that will probably be included in here like Vader and Luke, but who do you think they chose to represent The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi?
The DPCI is 087-06-8398, (which is now active on Brickseek) retail price is $39.99 and has an estimated October 1 release date.
Leave a comment on whom you’d like to see. And yes, they are all basic (5 POA) figures.
We have received additional details, confirmations and some new reveals for a list of Target DPCIs that we shared back on July 2 (you can see the original article here). Click on through for the new info.
Recently, our friends at Jeditemplearchives shared news of Target’s plan to merchandise clearance Star Wars items in their very own planogram section.
While traveling today, I came across a Target store that had just reset their clearance Star Wars items following these corporate guidelines (this store also had an endcap filled with at least 30 more 5poa figures from TFA and Rogue One and a ton of Ezra speederbikes).
What kind of clearance selection are you all seeing at your local Targets? How low do these products need to go for customers to put them in their carts? Share your thoughts after the jump!
We’ve now received some new info needed to release breakdown of some of the recently leaked (and some officially announced) Hasbro products planned for Force Friday 2! Click on through for a breakdown of items complete with DPCIs, Walmart SKUs, individual product UPCs and MSRPs that will help you get a headstart on budgeting and us in assembling our Force Friday 2 Checklist! Be sure to look for two new items previously unannounced as well.
After some exhaustive searching through Brickseek, I managed to find the Walmart SKUs and UPCs for the upcoming 6″ Black Series Deluxe Luke Skywalker with Landspeeder and Rey with Jakku Speeder. Look for these on shelves around Force Friday (Sept 1).

Managed to pick up the Princess Leia and Wicket Endor Adventure set over my lunch break at my local Target (Medina, MN). They had these in stockroom as well as the Rey Extendable Staff (which I passed on). As a reminder, retail for the Endor Adventure set is $34.99 with DPCI 087-06-9292. I’ll get my girls to give their thoughts on this set later tonight.
(Sorry if this purchase triggers those (you know who you are) that can’t stand Hasbro marketing to kids or to parents looking to share their love of Star Wars with their progeny.)
Upon revisiting our Target DPCI list we posted on July 2, one of the listings (087-06-8397) is now updated with a new coded description: “E8 BL Tango Black”. Since it is pretty specific and is reported as having a 10/1 release date and $19.99 price point, we suspect this may be an exclusive figure for The Last Jedi.
We are back! Join Flyguy and Yakface as we discuss the latest news in Star Wars collecting! A lot has happened since our last show from new 40th Anniversary figures finally being found at retail to the pending announcement of new product at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con which kicks off next week.
