Rumor Report: Force Friday TBS Wave 1 Breakdown

Here we go. We have determined the figure breakdown for wave 1 of 6” Black Series headed for retailers on October 4 for Triple Force Friday. There has been a list floating around based on or original reports that has been partially correct but we’re now certain of its contents (one of each as follow):

Rey with D-O, Kylo Ren, Sith Trooper, First Order Stormtrooper, Cal Kestis, Second Sister Inquisitor,  The Mandalorian and a Jawa.

That last one, the Jawa ( “LA Blinky” on our list from The Mandalorian) is said to be different than the previous Jawa as it may be gray in color.

Rumor Report: Info for 4 New TVC Figures Found

Late night searching once again yielded new info, this time for the Vintage Collection. 4 New 2019/2020 UPC/SKU sets* have been found for 3 new figures for The Mandalorian and one from AOTC (or possibly The Clone Wars depending on how it’s branded). Based on a a few sources there are still a couple figures yet round out this potential wave, so more info to come as I find it. All codes have been added to our UPC/SKU Master List.

*And yes, these are all active product pages on Walmart’s site, which it case with 90% of the report we run like this.

Rumor Report: Two New Role Play Masks Coming Soon

After searching through a couple thousand listings last night, I managed to locate info for two more basic role play masks (not helmets) for The Rise of Skywalker and The Mandalorian. Both are no-brainer releases of course but hopefully we see something a bit more upscale in the not too distant future. The UPCs and Walmart SKUs have been added to our Master List page.

Merch for Triple Force Friday En Route to North America

According to some research I’ve done, Hasbro merchandise for Triple Force Friday (lightsabers / masks) has started shipping to North America from China and Vietnam. I’d imagine a few leaks in the next couple weeks.

Speaking of product leaks, 3 new LEGO mini figures have turned up on Instagram featuring Old Man Lando, Finn and Poe.

Rumor Report: Fan Channel Exclusive Black Series Incinerator Trooper Helmet

It took some time to find public information for this one but there is another Black Series Helmet set for release and this one may tie to The Mandalorian based on the footage shown at Star Wars Celebration. Based on the stormtrooper helmet released for Rogue One, this helmet is for the Incinerator Trooper and is said to be a fan channel exclusive.

So, You Were Disappointed By SDCC. Don’t Be.

Now that we’ve all had time to calm down since SDCC and come to terms with the fact that Hasbro is severely hamstrung by Lucasfilm (which is nothing new in a summer before a film release), we are here to put some lipstick on that puffer pig and remind you of what we can expect* for the rest of the year and beyond by recapping over 30 EXCLUSIVE RUMOR REPORTS that you won’t read anywhere else, and if you do, they were likely reposted/referenced from this site (usually without attribution).

*All rumors are subject to change and/or cancellation by the manufactuer and nothing is confirmed despite evidence of such products in development and/or slated for release. Captain America, nor his ass, endorse this information.

Rumor Report: A New/Old Imperial Walker in The Mandalorian?

While hunting for new product info today I found a new name for a Hot Wheels Imperial walker for The Mandalorian series on Disney+. The product was designated “Huckleberry Walker“, and we know that products with the “Huckleberry” code name refer to that show specifically. With some further digging, the name has now changed to “AT-ST Raider” which is also interesting as it revives a name previously used in the Expanded Universe/Legends era. It so happens that in EU, the vehicle was also used in a battle on Mandalore. The AT-AR concept was also repurposed for the Star Wars Rebels series and became that AT-DP.

Jon Favreau is a huge EU/Legends fan so it’s not surprising that he’s pulled from that material to populate his vision universe. Rest assured, there will be plenty more Easter eggs like that throughout the series.

Hot Wheels will also have The Mandalorian’s Razor Crest, as part of its Starships line of die cast vehicles.
