I’ve been doing some research and conferring with sources over the past few days to get some sort of grasp on what may (and may not) be revealed and available for preorder tomorrow. That being said, take what I say with a grain of salt to tamp down lofty expectations.

Gentle Giant has also revealed a special, limited edition Jumbo Kenner Darth Vader figure from The Empire Strikes Back. Limited to 750 pcs and features a special foil accented TESB cardback. Preorders open tomorrow at 11am ET.
Gentle Giant has announced 3 new mini bust launching for preorder tomorrow. The Wrecker Web Exclusive 1:7 Scale Animated Mini Bust includes a swappable helmet and unhelmeted portrait while the standard edition of Wrecker only has the unmasked portrait. There is also a Bigg Darklighter 1:6 Scale Mini Bust that include swappable helmeted and unhelmeted portraits and swappable arms. Preorders open at 11am ET.
The long awaited Ahsoka Tanko Premium Format Figure from Sideshow Collectibles has been revealed via D23. The Sideshow Exclusive Edition also includes Morai – Ahsoka’s convor companion – perched on its own base. Look for this to go on preorder tomorrow at 9am ET.
It’s #TimeForTonnika. For decades, fans have been asking Hasbro to produce 3.75″ action figures of the Tonnika Sisters from the world-famous Cantina sequence in the original Star Wars. In 2017, they placed fourth in Hasbro’s official Fan Choice poll for Star Wars The Vintage Collection. In the past, there have been legal hurdles preventing at least one of these figures from becoming a reality. But that has changed.
Angela Staines, who portrayed one of the sisters, is ready to move forward with Lucasfilm to make her Tonnika Sister figure a reality. Hasbro is aware of this and so is Lucasfilm. The ball is in Lucasfilm’s court. Finally releasing the Tonnika Sisters would be an acknowledgement of the steadfast faith the fans have placed in Lucasfilm and Hasbro over decades of various Star Wars content and toy lines. It would also bring to a close the years of legend and mystery surrounding these two characters.

Instagram follower ToyingAround has shared a couple in-hand images of the upcoming Target Exclusive Black Series TCW Anakin Skywalker and Clone Pilot Hawk. ToyingAround will be doing a live unboxing of these figures in partnership with Hasbro and ToysRUs – the exclusive distributor for these in Canada – on May 4th at 7:30pm ET.

As part of next week’s May the 4th festivities, watch for 2, maybe 3, 6″ Black Series Gaming Greats figures to go up for preorder at GameStop. It is unknown at this time who they are or what game they are from but rest assured it will be a busy day for preorders for Black Series and Vintage Collection items from various retailers.
A few month ago we reported news on an upcoming Galaxy of Adventures version of The Mandalorian. Surprising it is now in stock as a bundle with a Stormtrooper on Amazon. Thanks to AJ Red 7 for the heads up.
Robo over at TheFwoosh has posted a nice review of the new 6″ Black Series Jaxxon from Hasbro. Get the full breakdown of this fun figure over on their YouTube page. Jaxxon along with Carnor Jax and Darth Maul is shipping now from GameStop.
Like previous years, it looks like Target will have a special Fathers Day section that includes a few Star Wars items (toys, clothes, etc.) — 4 of which are Black Series figures with code names “APPLE“, “APRICOT” and “ACAI” (the 4th is currently unknown) and are priced at $24.99. These figures are planned for release starting as soon as Sunday, May 23 and may be the secondary code names for recently announced Black Series figures from The Clone Wars.
