WDW News Today is reporting that Star Tours attractions at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disneyland Park is planning on updating the ride experience giving riders the option of experiences elements of Episode 1-6 or 7-8 and beyond – essentially splitting the characters and locations from the Prequel and Original Trilogies from current Sequel Trilogy (pre- and post-Disney acquisition of Lucasfilm if you will). Our friends at MakingStarWars have shared a now deleted Tweet from @MarkHamill teasing the possible reveal of a new trailer for The Last Jedi during Monday Night Football on October 9.
Jedi Temple Archives is back to leaking this week, this time, giving up the slogan for Disney and Lucasfilm’s “Wookiee Weekend” – the marketing launch for next year’s as-of-yet untitled Han Solo standalone film.
That’s one way to go I guess.
Rhode Island Comic Con has announced via their Facebook page that they will be offering 3 exclusive classic tin wind-up toys from the Schylling Toys: Concept Boba Fett, Darth Vader and Stormtrooper. Convention admission is required to pre-order and attendees can pick up their purchase at the onsite Show Store the weekend of the show (November 10-12).
