Martin Myatt). Rancho Obi-Wan is an independent, non-profit organization, established by Steve Sansweet, that offers tours and preserves many of the rare and obscure collectibles/memorabilia from our favorite franchise. We received word this morning from several followers that some accounts with existing open preorders have been changed to “cancelled” status without sending out email notifications of the changes. Hasbro Pulse customer service is aware of the issue and has said that it is a technical issue and the orders are still open and not cancelled.
