Twitter follower Nitehawk_76 reports finding a fresh case of the 2018 Vintage Collection wave 1 at his Walmart in Texas.

Walmart stores are trying to clear out product from The Last Jedi now to make way for Solo: A Star Wars Story. Basically everything is getting marked down (though your mileage may vary).
Personal Note: The 5poa figures would move better if they were somewhat customizer friendly (without split torsos)! Take note, Hasbro!
Today I was able to track down several UPCs for upcoming POP! figures for Solo: A Star Wars Story. via Brickseek. No names are each are listed for these “Red Cup” coded items, only numerical designations, but they will be deciphered in short time. It looks like the long wait for the Walmart Exclusive 6″ Black Series Kylo Ren (Throne Room) may be about to end. Revised store planograms now show a shelf placement for this elusive set. It would makes sense that a bulk of these were held back for the home video release of The Last Jedi. We’ll will surely let you know if these start turning up. My local Walmart was stocking its clearance section this morning with fresh cases of the 3.75″ Black Series AT-ST with Driver. As a bonus they were only $19 each so a couple may have walked home with me.

Amazon has pulled the page down for the unannounced 6″ Black Series Han Solo (Bespin) figure, but I found the UPC and Walmart SKU so it is still accessible via Walmart.com
