If you ordered TVC Wave 6 from Entertainment Earth, be paying attention to your email updates and shipping notifications! Forum member Lance Quazar shared the above photo as he received his order today.
It looks like it’s going to be a fun summer with great new product (at least for online purchases)!
I trust everyone had a relaxing Memorial Day Weekend break with family and friends. As I get caught up on my inbox of emails and social notifications, I’m seeing a ton of reports concerning delays and cancellation notices on orders from Walmart for Jabba’s Palace playset, cancellations of Amazon preorders for figures from Black Series wave 21 and TVC Skiffs, and finally, Target has changed the status of the Retro Collection DPCI to “discontinued” after only a couple of weeks of availability (if you saw them at all). I know it’s frustrating for today’s “gotta have it now” collector, but I urge you all to show restraint and NOT reward scalpers or fall victim to algorithmic pricing for any of these items as they will all be available eventually for retail price or less (at least in the U.S.). Reach out to friends and trusted acquaintances in the collector community to help fill those holes in your collection and in turn do the same for others.
Our final polling in The Vintage Collection figure wish-list will be wrapping up on June 3. So if you haven’t gotten your votes in, now is the time.
Thank you everyone for your participation, and we’ll be having a special roundup of the final results for both The Vintage Collection and The Black Series in June!

If your store is swimming in pegwarmer TVC Han Solo (Stormtrooper) figures like mine are, now may be a good time to bolster your Imperial ranks!
Next month’s Vanity Fair will feature an in-depth first-look covering the details of Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker. Accompanied by photography by Annie Leibovitz, the story will give readers our best look yet at the final chapter in the Skywalker Saga. Print editions featuring two collectible covers will be on newsstands on June 4.
Packages containing Wal-Mart’s highly anticipated Jabba’s Palace playset have been showing up on doorsteps the past few days.
For those that have received your order, what say you? Are you pleased, or do you feel Hasbro missed the mark? Are you eager for more offerings in this format? Share your thoughts here or in the forums!
I managed to find info for two more 6″ Black Series figures for The Rise of Skywalker and today I added info for “Berlin Leader” and “Cairo Grater” to our expanding Master List of UPCs and SKUs for 2019 and beyond. Feel free to speculate as to the identity of these two mystery characters.
Last night, Dan from StarWarsCollector.com noticed that the Shop Disney Parks app has updated with a slew of new merchandise for the pending launch of Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland. Among the new products are the 3 recently revealed exclusive 6″ Black Series sets (Droids, First Order, Smugglers) They are currently unavailable for purchase via the app but hopefully this is an indication that they will be available at the attraction when it opens at the end of the month.
Update: on a related note, the Shop Disney Parks app is being discontinued on May 31, 2019 to consolidate its store with the ShopDisney app.
