Concept: Hasbro Pulse Exclusive 6″ TBS Imperial Stormtrooper (Army Builder)

If you didn’t follow Hasbro’s other Toy Fair presentations (namely Marvel), you many have missed that they are producing army builder Hydra Troopers for their Marvel Legends line as a Hasbro Pulse exclusive. These figures come with a weaopn in a sealed baggie and packed in a window-less box for only $14.99 each. When word of this came out, I thought the Black Series line could use something similar for stormtroopers and clones. Above is an example of this concept which I hope Hasbro has in the works, or at least something like it.

St. Louis Toy Show – Sunday, March 15

Mark your calendars if you are anywhere near the St. Louis area, as Red Brick Collectibles will be hosting their second toy show on Sunday, March 15 from 8am-2pm.

It will be at the Kirkwood Community Center which is located at 111 S. Geyer Road, in Kirkwood, MO 63122. Early bird admission is $5.00. Starting at 9am, admission is $2.00. Children 10 and under are free. Military and first responders are also free with ID.

Personal Note – I attended the first one of these in 2019, and thought it was great!

Rumor Confirmed: 6″ TBS Stormtrooper Commander from TFU

About a month ago, we ran a report about the possibility of there being a Stormtrooper Commander from The Force Unleashed coming as part of the Black Series Gaming Greats line. Today, we have visual confirmation of that rumor and theory thanks to Instagram follower @audiobeing. This figure reportedly has a street date of March 1 in Canada at EBGames stores, no word yet on a U.S. release date.

Rumor Report: New 2020 6″ Black Series Figure Info

Some interesting new rumors have developed tonight via a new list that was published but Jedi Insider. With that info in hand I took a crack finding info for these figures and low and behold I found corroboration for some of those plus others. In all, there are 15 new Black Series figure listings from The Clone Wars, Rogue One, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi and The Mandalorian for your review. Click on through for the “proof” courtesy of Walmart’s app.

Lucasfilm REveals Star Wars: the High Republic Publishing Campaign

“Star Wars: The High Republic, which has previously been referred to as “Project Luminous”, will be set in an era when the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order are at their zenith, about 200 years before the events of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. This period on the Star Wars timeline will not overlap any of the filmed features or series currently planned for production, giving creators and partners a vast amount of room to tell Star Wars stories with new adventures and original characters.”
