Low res glam shots of the still unannounced Walmart exclusive 6″ Black Series Luke Skywalker (Jedi Knight) have surfaced thanks to our friend Flyguy. Click on through to check them out.
The rumored GameStop Exclusive 6” Black Series Clone Commander Fox has been revealed via spragooprod on Reddit. The figure was briefly available for in store preorder but was quickly removed as part of the secrecy of the Triple Force Friday launch. Look for this figure in stores tomorrow in limited quantities.
Guest spot number 2 this week as I joined the guys at Galaxy of Toys to discuss some of the latest Triple Force Friday news as well as our top figures we’d like to see in the Vintage Collection.
In this episode we are once again joined by Jayson at Yakface.com to discuss recent Star Wars collecting news, as well as give our picks on our most wanted Star Wars The Vintage Collection figures from Hasbro.
Last week, I sat down tie Joe and Chris from Brews and Blasters to discuss our thoughts on Triple Force Friday. Give it a listen!
For two hours, Jay, Chris and Joe discuss not only all the Triple Force Friday reveals (and yes there’s more expected than you saw in that livestream!), as well as the business and hobby of Star Wars action figure collecting. It’s an instant classic. So let’s go, Warheads! The Star Wars Party starts now! It’s time for Brews and Blasters.
While browsing the Star Wars landing page on Target.com I noticed a curious group of figures in one of the banners promoting their Triple Force Friday launch. It features Luke Skywalker (Dagobah Training), Yoda and Darth Vader and that Luke figure definitely appears to have a photo reveal face.
Does this image confirm our rumor last week of a Vintage Collection “Darth Vader’s Challenge” set? We should know soon enough.
You may have caught our hints in the previous article regarding this set, but Instagrammer Toyfiend managed to acquire one and crack it open. Click on through for the reveal.
Interestingly, the Wedge Antilles was solicited as being from “E5”, but there have been a lot of source designation mix ups from Hasbro in both the Black Series and Vintage Collection.

The other day I managed to purchase a few new items at Target (they were not register blocked nor did I resort to any trickery or sweet talking) one of which was the new 5” Galaxy of Adventures Darth Vader. Above is a quick size comparison showing how this new line measures up with others. For $10 and with as much articulation as a TVC or TBS figure, this line is pretty nice.
