Voting is now open for our next Yakfinities Customizing Challenge, which kicks off October 1. We’ll leave this poll open for 10 days, which allows registered Yakface Forum members to cast their vote on what theme they like most.

While catching up on the latest Adam Savage Tested YouTube videos, I came across a new one which covers two lost alien characters originally designed to be used on the holochess scene in A New Hope. Phil Tippet and Dennis Muren originally designed 10 dejarik aliens but only 8 could fit on the table. Thought lost to time, they have now been brought back to life in a way and are available via a Kickstarter tier from Phil Tippet’s Mad God project. Watch the Tested video to see how it was done.
