Sideshow Collectibles is now taking preorders for the Hot Toys 1:6 Scale Dark Trooper from The Mandalorian. Price is set at $260 and is expected to ship in Spring 2022.
Funko also officially announced the long-rumored POP!s from The Rise of Skywalker. They are available for preorder now (including the Amazon exclusive Hoth Luke Skywalker with pin) through our Amazon store. All 4 have an expected release date of May 18, 2021
Reports are coming in that the newest repack/reissue wave of TVC figures has started to hit Walmarts across the U.S. For long time collectors these sculpts are probably in your collections already, but the human figures have been updated with Hasbro’s PhotoReal process and the card backs are different than previously released.
As part of today’s Funko Fair 2021 event, several new Funko Pocket POP! Keychains and Mystery Minis were revealed and are now available for preorder on Entertainment Earth.
Mattel has released official images for their upcoming Hot Wheels Starships and Character Cars for The Child. That Starships sculpt may scale well for the Vintage Collection keep eye out for that one in particular.

For example, a custom of Obi Wan Kenobi after Order 66 as he watched over Luke on Tatooine. Or, perhaps a custom of Lando after he lost the Falcon to Han? What was Admiral Ackbar up to during his retirement? Or how about trying to make a custom of one of Luke Skywalker’s Jedi students?

We are saddened to learn the passing of Stanley Opiel II due to COVID-19. He has participated for many years in the community as a talented customizer and we’ve exchanged many public and private conversations regarding customizing and Star Wars collecting in general. We send our condolences to his family and friends during this painful time.
Hasbro added a little feature to the TVC Tantive IV playset that is easy to overlook… an envelope containing ten (10) removable foot pegs is included.
The envelope is not very obvious, so make sure you look for it before disposing of any packaging. There are also slots under the floor panel to store them.
