Frankie P. posted a couple shots via Facebook of the Columbia store window display in New York featuring the upcoming Echo Base Collection of coats. The vintage packaging display is just the icing on the cake for this cool line. Click on through for a closer look.
Walmart is starting to market their exclusive 6″ Black Series Kylo Ren (Throne Room) via social media but it’s still not available online or in store (in the US). The above ad popped up in my Instagram feed earlier today, hopefully release is imminent.
Columbia has revealed their new Star Wars themed outerwear for their Echo Base Collection. Choose from Luke Skywalker, Han Solo or Leia Organa – each is limited to 1980 pieces. You can also register to win or purchase a special Archive Edition Han Solo brown parka signed by Harrison Ford.
A new Hot Wheels item has turned up on Brickseek. I managed to find a listing for “Hot Wheels Star Wars Lando Pegasus” which turns out to be another vehicle that is part of the Battle Rollers assortment. If our theory on the coding is correct, this should be a Lando Calrissian with Millennium Falcon item. I added the pertinent UPC and Walmart SKU to our Master List for easy reference.
Twitter follower @JamesRMeier sends us a huge deal he got on the Millennium Falcon from The Force Awakens. It appears that 99¢ Only stores have this available for only $19.99!
The Realm Recap is back! It’s been many moons since our last show but as we approach the release of The Last Jedi, what better time to review the latest in collecting news. Hangout with Flyguy and me as we discuss Hasbro, Hot Toys, Funko, Hot Wheels and more. It’s good to be back.
Black Series Wave 14 (containing Snoke, Rose, Jaina) is starting to hit all over the US. A tell-tale sign that you’ve missed the figures is that the #44 Rey (Jedi Training) carry-forward is on the pegs, but this version includes the battle-damage bloody scratch on her right arm. I found the above example today at Target.
