Celebration Japan Hasbro Booth Surprise Reveals: Black Series

Hasbro’s booth as Star Wars Celebration Japan had a few unannounced surprises on display from the Black Series. A(nother) revised Director Krennic wearing some ceremonial “drip” as seen in clips and trailers for Andor season 2. An ISB Tactical Agent also from Andor season 2 (note the Range Trooper behind him) and finally a Rogue One 2pk containing a Shoretrooper and Death Trooper

If my intel is accurate, Krennic and the ISB Agent are Target exclusives and the 2pack is a Hasbro Pulse/Disney Store exclusive.

Star Wars Celebration is underway and Hasbro held their panel late Thursday night for those of us in the U.S.. Black Series reveals included 3 mainline figures, a fan channel/Amazon exclusive and 1 Amazon exclusive. Star Wars Celebration Japan kicks off TONIGHT with various panels and interviews. Be sure to checkout out the Hasbro Star Wars Brand Panel at 10:30pm ET. (11:30am in Japan) for the latest Vintage Collection and Black Series reveals and announcements. Preorders for new products drop tomorrow.

Panel will likely be streamed (unofficially) by panel attendees.

Execute Clearance 66: TBS Cody Discounted

In another case of Walmart being Walmart, it appears that some Walmart stores have already relegated the Black Series Commander Cody to clearance. This often happens when stores receive product ahead of their reset and instead of hanging on to the product, they rush it to the clearance aisle. This isn’t everywhere and you’d have to be lucky to find them but if you do, do not hesitate. Show no mercy.
