Disney/Lucasfilm seems to think differently as Jeremy Conrad (Furious Fanboys/Star Wars Unity) has received several takedown notices for DMCA violation by simply re-sharing that photo. Update: Disney/Lucasfilm is the party issuing the C&Ds over the figure leak, not Hasbro*.
