Episode #92: That New Figure Smell
On this week’s episode Flyguy and I talk about the surprise reveal (via auctions) 4 new super articulated figures for The Force Awakens, figures hitting retail and the imminent release of the Takodana Encounter set. Funko had a big reveal of 9 new POP! figures last week featuring characters from the Original Trilogy and the Prequels including more Walgreens exclusives. Lastly Episode VIII filming is well underway and we discuss new characters, vehicles, and beasts on set. All of this and much more on Episode #92 of The Realm Recap.

Customizer Spotlight: Monsterhjerne
Tonight we share a stellar customizing update by forum member Monsterhjerne, who has significantly upgraded Hasbro’s Jabba’s Dias set with some amazing repaints and custom modifications.
Custom 3D Printed 3.75″ Scale Rathtar
Industrial designer Brad Harris has designed and printed this fully articulated Rathtar (via 3D printing) for the 3.75″ scale complete with Black Series style packaging. It is really a thing to behold. Head on over to his site to check out this impressive piece and more, like this 3.75″ Scale TIE Defender and Krayt Dragon.

Customizer Mega Spotlight
There have been some great customs shared in our forums lately – which means a Customizer Spotlight is well overdue!
First up, take a gander at the latest creations by forum member Peakob1 – as always, amazing stuff and Hasbro should take notice.
After that, be sure to hop on over to the customs thread of Uttinniii, who has updated with several new droids.
Forum member Clonetroopr has also been busy, with a fantastic take on a Sith Acolytes from the Old Republic.
Last but not least, one of our favorite customizers, mousedroidhoojib, continues to shine with a great custom of a concept Sith Lord known as Darth Tigran.
Easy Custom Rey (Jedi Steps) Figure
Sometimes the addition of a couple simple accessories, to an already good figure, can make it great. Here is a quick and easy upgrade you can do to the current Rey (Resistance Outfit) figure to re-create the final scenes from The Force Awakens.
